Electrochemistry · Nernst equation pH dependence

Consider the following electrochemical cell :

Pt ∣\mid OX2\ce{O2}(g) (1bar) ∣\mid HCl (aq) ∥\parallel MX2+\ce{M^2+}(aq, 1.0 M) ∣\mid M(s)

The pH above which, oxygen gas would start to evolve at anode is (nearest integer).

[Given : EM2+/M0=0.994E^{0}_{\mathrm{M^{2+}/M}} = 0.994 V and EO2/H2O0=1.23E^{0}_{\mathrm{O_2/H_2O}} = 1.23 V (standard reduction potential) and RTF(2.303)=0.059\dfrac{RT}{F}(2.303) = 0.059 V at the given condition]
