Trigonometry · Maximum and minimum of trigonometric expressions

Let α\alpha and β\beta respectively be the maximum and the minimum values of the function f(θ)=4(sin⁡4(7π2−θ)+sin⁡4(11π+θ))−2(sin⁡6(3π2−θ)+sin⁡6(9π−θ)),θ∈R.f(\theta) = 4\left(\sin^4\left(\frac{7\pi}{2} - \theta\right) + \sin^4(11\pi + \theta)\right) - 2\left(\sin^6\left(\frac{3\pi}{2} - \theta\right) + \sin^6(9\pi - \theta)\right),\quad \theta \in \mathbb{R}. Then α+2β\alpha + 2\beta is equal to:
  1. (1)4
  2. (2)5
  3. (3)3
  4. (4)6
