Equilibrium · Combining equilibrium constants

Consider the following reactions in which all the reactants and products are present in gaseous state

2xy⇌x2+y22\mathrm{xy} \rightleftharpoons \mathrm{x_2} + \mathrm{y_2}   K1=2.5×105K_1 = 2.5\times10^{5}

xy+12z2⇌xyz\mathrm{xy} + \dfrac{1}{2}\mathrm{z_2} \rightleftharpoons \mathrm{xyz}   K2=5×10−3K_2 = 5\times10^{-3}

The value of K3K_3 for the equilibrium

12x2+12y2+12z2⇌xyz\dfrac{1}{2}\mathrm{x_2} + \dfrac{1}{2}\mathrm{y_2} + \dfrac{1}{2}\mathrm{z_2} \rightleftharpoons \mathrm{xyz} is :

  1. (1)2.5×10−32.5\times10^{-3}
  2. (2)2.5×1032.5\times10^{3}
  3. (3)1.0×10−51.0\times10^{-5}
  4. (4)5×10−35\times10^{-3}
